Accessibility Statement

SWAYAM Plus is meant to work for every learner. The platform aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW).

What Supports Accessibility

Every page can be operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator on interactive controls.
Images and icons carry text alternatives; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
Light and dark themes are provided, and the interface follows your device's colour-scheme setting by default.
Animations respect your device's reduced-motion preference.
Layouts are responsive and text can be resized with your browser's zoom without loss of content.

Known Limitations

Courses are studied on partner learning platforms after registration. Those sites are operated by the course providers, and their accessibility may differ from this platform's.
