Refund Policy
SWAYAM PLUS values learner satisfaction and has therefore incorporated a refund policy. Paid course enrollments on SWAYAM PLUS can be refunded, no questions asked, under the following conditions:
The learner must request a refund within 48 hours of the course payment/purchase. Requests made after 48 hours will not be considered — the window applies to every learner and every course, without exception.
Eligible refund requests are honoured in full — where a refund is applicable, the money will be refunded. Course access ends once the refund is completed.
Refunds are credited back to the payer within 7–14 days of the request. SWAYAM PLUS is not responsible for delays caused by banking processes.
Assessment and examination fees are not refundable, including for cancellations or no-shows, under any circumstances.
Please note that Course Providers may have their own refund policies, and learners are encouraged to review them before purchasing a course. The above policy applies only to payments made on the SWAYAM PLUS platform.
