CADS-F Digital Public Platforms & Privacy Audit Course is a 45-hour, fully online foundation-level certification Co-developed by IITM Pravartak and the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India, and hosted on the SWAYAM Plus LMS. The programme has 8 modules covering lifecycle of personal data, data inventories and mapping, consent and data principal rights, the legal and ethical foundations of data protection, and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework. It further develops an audit-oriented understanding of risk assessment, audit design, institutional governance, third-party accountability, and user protection mechanisms in Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI). Through theory and case studies, participants learn to identify privacy risks and apply structured audit approaches to evaluate whether government digital systems operate in a lawful, transparent, and accountable manner.
